Another Real Designer Wear
Here at Light Prints, we love working with new up and coming clothing labels and in mid 2009 we had the opportunity to work with ARD Wear [Another Real Designer wear], a label born in Lewisham, South East London and the brain child of three childhood friends. From the outset we could see they were a very passionate group with bold designs, this alongside their contacts provided them with the perfect platform from which to introduce themselves to the UK.
With an ethos of “Go ARD or Go Home!!” they reflected that strongly in both their T-Shirt designs and their personalities. ARD Wear had a diverse range from kids to adults and we used screen printing to really capture the boldness of their designs. The ARD Wear team was really open and we were able to utilise different ink blends and Screen Printing Techniques. The use of different plastisol ink blends provided an interesting new dimension and edge to their signature “ARD” logo.
